Straight to curly with one thing?

How do you curl your hair with a flat-iron?Straight to curly with one thing?
Starting from the top, as you are ';straighting'; down your hair, twist the straightener.

You can't actually curl your hair with a flat iron, unless it's a small one, then you can wrap your hair around it i guess.

But, you can definetly flip your hair out with one.
Wrap it around, just like a curling iron.

Or if you want a slightly crimped look, wrap the last few inches of a section of hair around the straightener, then curl the rest of the lock of hair around the whole straightener.
